Georgie Erangey-Cassels – Founding Director
Georgie is driven by the desire to generate positive impact. She sees the most meaningful transformations come from tackling big challenges with creativity, credibility, and a commitment to making a difference.
Duncan Gray – Founding Director
Duncan loves complicated questions where there aren’t obvious answers. His role is to break down complicated challenges into manageable chunks and create programmes that support businesses to overcome the negatives to make a positive contribution to the world.
Diana Wilkinson - Head of North America
Leading BRODIE’s efforts in North America, Diana has worked at the intersection of social and environmental impact mitigation for over 15 years. Previously, Diana led Supply Chain at both BSR and ERM.
Her experience spans a multitude of industries and a wide range of issues from carbon neutrality and plastics reduction strategies to labor rights advocacy in factories.
Emma Ryan - Consulting Director
Emma has over 13 years’ experience advising business and government on complex and challenging strategic issues. Emma has provided extensive technical and strategic support to clients, from large corporations to start-ups, including future trends identification, GHG modelling, circular economy, ESG reporting and goal and targets development.
Hannah Griffiths - Consulting Director, ESG Communications
Hannah is a highly experienced ESG communication consultant, joining BRODIE from the Brunswick Group, where she has supported some of the world’s best-known brands with sustainability communications challenges and eventually leading the firm’s ESG reporting offer. Against the backdrop of rapidly changing regulatory and ‘best practice’ requirements, she has helped companies to not only comply, but also inform and engage through their reporting.

Alleeya Hassim – Senior Consultant
Alleeya has an MSc in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and over 6 years’ experience working on the design and delivery of sustainability projects. She brings a broad range of knowledge across sustainability and experience spanning research and insights, sustainability trends and benchmarking, strategy development, stakeholder engagement and corporate responsibility.
Charlotte Kenyon – Consultant
Charlotte works on a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on data analysis and mapping. She has an interest in sustainability in engineering through efficient design and material selection, having previously worked as a Structural Engineer, across a range of sectors. She holds an MEng in Engineering from Cambridge, specialising in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering.
Anna Rew - Analyst
Anna is a recent graduate with a first class honours degree in International Management from University of Bath where she studied modules exploring businesses' responsibility in respecting and protecting human rights throughout supply chains, Anna's particular area of interest. Anna has completed the Business sustainability course with CISL, gained in-house experience at a B-Corp during her year in industry and was a part of 180 Degrees Consulting at University.
Eve Tambwe – Analyst
Eve is passionate about global sustainable development and circular economy, with a deep interest in corporate social responsibility and business ethics. She holds a degree in Business and Management.
Becca Hadaway – Consultant
Becca delivers on a range of projects for BRODIE’s clients, currently focussing on stakeholder engagement, leadership training, sustainability communications and ESG reporting. She has experience of the food and farming sector having worked at The Prince's Countryside Fund, where she delivered projects and programmes built around corporate partners' ESG and sustainability agendas. Outside of work, she is a Trustee for the Herefordshire Wildlife Trust.
Joanna Newell - Head of Finance
Joanna is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience across practice and industry, with over a decade working for high street brands, as well as running her own accountancy business. She is passionate about helping businesses understand their finances and drive their business forward.
Benjamin Sobel – Analyst
Benjamin works on research and analysis across BRODIE’s client-base. He joined BRODIE in 2024 having graduated top of his cohort at Cambridge for Politics and Sociology. At university he studied elective modules including climate change in international relations and ecology in political thought. He has a particular interest in human rights and climate justice.
Katherine Usher – Head of Operations
Katherine manages operations and finance to ensure BRODIE and our clients have the best possible foundations from which to build. Katherine has extensive experience across a variety of sectors, including leadership and organisational change management and inter-governmental environmental work.
Kiran Rayner - Consultant
Kiran works on research and analysis with a particular focus on sustainability data and the circular economy, having previously worked at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and completed internships with Accenture and Deloitte.
Liz Lowe - Senior Advisor
Liz is a sustainability and communications professional with 30 years’ experience in roles spanning corporate responsibility and sustainability, brand PR, public affairs and corporate and third sector communications. With in-house and consultancy-side experience, she spent over 20 years at The Coca-Cola Company in Great Britain. She enjoys conservation volunteering and is a Trustee of the Kent Wildlife Trust.
Lydia-Rose Gunawardene – Senior Consultant
Lydia-Rose leads research, analysis and project management across a number of clients and sectors, with a particular focus on materiality and reporting projects. She has experience identifying global and sector-specific sustainability trends, delivering peer and leading company benchmarks, and aligning company disclosure with internationally-recognised reporting frameworks and the evolving regulatory landscape.
Meredith Cook - Senior Analyst
Meredith works on research and analysis across projects. She recently graduated with an MSc in Climate Management and Finance from Imperial College London. Meredith has academic and vocational experience in urban and environmental policy, with a focus on decarbonising the built environment and supporting the development of environmental policy proposals.
Miles Fenner – Analyst
Miles delivers research and analysis across projects, conducting peer and leading company benchmarks, developing training programs, and ensuring company disclosure aligns with the evolving regulatory requirements. Miles graduated from the University of Bristol with first-class honours in Geography, which led to his interest in the challenges surrounding sustainable development, and has given him a solid foundation in climate science.
Olivia Wold - Consultant
Olivia specialises in helping companies advance human rights and labour standards across their operations. Olivia has extensive experience in consulting and strategy roles at purpose-led brands, startups and NGOs. Prior to joining BRODIE, Olivia worked on Patagonia’s Supply Chain Responsibility team. She recently completed a dual-degree MBA/MPA program at MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School.
Sarah Hopkins - Senior Advisor
Sarah has over 10 years’ experience leading teams and embedding sustainability within organisations. A former lawyer, Sarah has a special interest in the business and human rights agenda and brings knowledge of the global legal and reporting context, as well as research, stakeholder engagement and strategy expertise. Her experience includes in-house and consultancy in the UK and South East Asia, including five years at H&M Group as Sustainability Manager in Cambodia & Vietnam.
Sian Cooke - Principal Consultant
Sian has 14 years’ experience in sustainability, most recently as Head of Sustainable Business at Bioregional. Sian has led and overseen strategy development, carbon and sustainable product projects for high-street brands, asset owners and Business Improvement Districts. She particularly enjoys stakeholder engagement and building partnerships with clients, to ensure complex sustainability plans are translated into everybody’s day jobs.

David Guernsey
Dave is a master of sustainability data helping businesses understand how an effective sustainability strategy can also make business sense. He developed his skills over 30 years with UPS. Dave was central to the establishment of UPS’ sustainability ambition and systems.
Doug Nystrom
Doug specialises in providing strategic consulting that empowers organisations to navigate complex human rights challenges in their operations and supply chains. Leveraging an extensive background of over 30 years in law, human rights, ESG strategy, and stakeholder engagement, Doug offers expert counsel to global clients across multiple industries.
Katherine Symonds-Moore
Katherine is a communications expert, with a background in publishing, food and retail, and many years as a sustainability consultant and writer.
Mandy Lucas
Mandy is a world class animal welfare expert having worked on food and textile supply chains from chickens to yaks and everything in between. Animal welfare, productivity and animal husbandry has always been part of Mandy’s life, from growing up on a farm to helping UK retailers, global restaurant and luxury brands better understand their supply chains to meet consumer demand for greater transparency of farming practices and standards.
Mike Barry
Mike is a change agent, committed to helping business prepare for and succeed in the great sustainability disruption that will wash through the economy in the 2020s.
Until 2019 Mike was Director of Sustainable Business at Marks & Spencer, spearheading its ground-breaking Plan A. He co-chaired the Consumer Goods Forum’s sustainability work and is a Senior Associate at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and a Trustee at Blueprint for Better Business.
Nora Wolters
Nora specialises in human rights and responsible sourcing. Her experience ranges from in-depth stakeholder engagement at local level to advising multinational companies on their human rights strategies and regulatory robustness. She has worked with a variety of businesses worldwide, including retail, consumer goods, electronics and finance. Nora believes that a collaborative approach is most effective in ensuring respect for workers globally, especially in a vastly changing operating context for businesses.
Nora is currently working on her PhD in the field of Business & Human Rights.
Kath Williams
Kath is an expert in environmental strategies for the built environment and helps clients understand the impact of their buildings and ways to simply and effectively reduce that impact. As past President of the World Green Building Council and Vice-Chair of the US Green Building Council, there are few people in the world as well qualified as Kath in this space.
