Penny has over 25 years’ experience advising major corporations on sustainability strategy and communications. She advises global companies and brands at the unique intersection of strategy, engagement and impact. With an understanding of the science and the power of creativity and communications, she helps bring sustainability into the real world.
Nigel Salter - Associate Director
Nigel has over 25 years’ experience in this field. He has advised many global corporations on sustainability strategy and communications and the combination of these. His experience covers many sectors and all regions. He also chairs, leads or sits on multiple sustainability advisory boards and panels and is retained strategic counsel to several senior management teams.
Katie Alcock – Senior Account Manager
Katie manages projects to make sure work is delivered to our clients on time and on budget. Her background is in journalism and corporate communications. She has a particular interest in corporate purpose and building projects that truly generate positive impact.
Matt Shaw – Associate Design Director
Matt sets the style and visual theme in our projects – bringing the strategy to life with graphic narratives. He is an integrated designer with a wealth of experience of in the area of branding, corporate communications and digital design.
David Guernsey – Senior Advisor USA
Dave is a master of sustainability data helping businesses understand how an effective sustainability strategy can also make business sense. He developed his skills over 30 years with UPS. Dave was central to the establishment of UPS’ sustainability ambition and systems.
Kath Williams – Senior Advisor USA
Kath is an expert in environmental strategies for the built environment and helps clients understand the impact of their buildings and ways to simply and effectively reduce that impact. As past President of the World Green Building Council and Vice-Chair of the US Green Building Council, there are few people in the world as well qualified as Kath in this space.

Working within organisations to establish processes to effectively manage data, informing business decisions and supporting comms and reporting. Shelley provides pragmatic solutions to data management, to integrate measurement of sustainability programmes into business as usual.
